Cassava Conversion and Harvesting

Hello, I am Khuy Mao and I am writing an article about changing to increase income from traditional experience, changing from selling fresh cassava to selling dried cassava.

Because there are many types of cassava, we also need to choose cassava varieties with high starch content to increase both price and yield.

And harvesting can start from December to January, during the dry season in Cambodia.

From experience, harvesting dried cassava yields higher income than harvesting fresh cassava.

On the other hand, selling fresh cassava has a percentage cut of between 20 and 24%, which is about right.

So I decided to harvest the dried type again to help boost the economy and income for my family.

The above is my opinion. Thank you for reading this article. Please come back for more articles. Thank you.
